citizenship and tax

if you did not work for 7 years and you're in the us for 10 years , will u get some difficulty to get citizenship, because they said USCIS required 5 years of income tax to get citizenship.

Congratulations on moving towards citizenship.

1. The big problem in cases like this are the people who have worked without an immigration status that permits work.

If you have avoided this pitfall, then you are in good shape.

2. Five years of financial records is required, not five years of US tax returns. The tax return is the most typical financial document and the one most frequently offered.
