If you were married for over 2 years when you obtained your immigrant visa, then you should NOT have conditional residency.

However, if you have conditional residency for some reason, and if you didn't file the I-751 within 90 days of your conditional residency expiration date, then you have already lost your status.Late filings are only accepted for egregious circumstances, such as incarceration or hospitalization.
