curious
i want to get married again to a non immigrant and all i have is my green card can he become illegal by that. i am divorced.

If by "non-immigrant" you mean a U.S. citizen, you certainly cannot do him any harm by marrying him. If your fiance is an undocumented alien (not a legal immigrant), similarly you will not alter his immigration status through marriage. However, you can sponsor him for lawful permanent residence as a green card holder. If he is out of status, though, this complicates the situation. Contact an immigration attorney if you are more than curious and need legal advice.
