Before filing an appeal or re-filing your application, you should speak with an attorney. You do not mention what type of application you filed and the reason for it's denial. Note that if you need to appeal the decision, there is a strict statute of limitations, and you must file your appeal within a certain time after the decision.

An attorney with experience in immigration law will be able to advise you as to what your next step should be.
