Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Am i eligible to apply for a citizenship?
i was taked to precinct, fingerprints and a picture taken, questioned but in 30 min released with no charges . At that time i was married and i got a greedcard 1 year after this happened. Now i want to file N-300, can it be denied because of that?
Is this will show on my record?
Is there any way i can check my record?

Re: Am i eligible to apply for a citizenship?
If you were not charged and convicted of a crime, then it should not be a basis to deny your naturalization application. However, to be sure, you need to obtain an original certificate of disposition from the court. Also, why were the police interested in questioning you? Because an applicant for naturalization must satisfy many requirements in order to successfully naturalize, I would recommend consulting with an immigration attorney to ensure that you are eligible.
