Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Employer Sponsorship
I came here on a visa when I was a child and I have completed high school and received a college degree. I have found a company that is willing to sponsor me. How does this process work? what are the steps that I should take?

Re: Employer Sponsorship
If you have at least Bachelor's degree, the company can sponsor you either for a work visa (H-1b) or for a green card. Either procedure is quite complex and time-consuming. Please keep in mind that the H-1b quota opens up on April 1st and it takes at least a few months to get an application package together. Now is a good time to retain an immigration lawyer to work on your case.

You or the company should retain an attorney on this one
