Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am engaged to a Gambian citizen living in Spain, I went there so that we could get married but did not have all of my paper work in order. I would like to know if there is anyone in the State of NY that could help me complete a I-129f fiance visa at no cost?

First, simply obtaining a fiance visa is only the first step, your fiance will need to adjust status to that of a green card holder when they get here. I highly doubt you are going to find someone to take a case like this at no cost. Particularly since you will need to meet or find someone who meets minimum income requirements to bring your fiance here. I offer immigration services at a low cost. If you'd like a free consultation please feel free to contact me.

I would be careful with pro bono services for your type of visa. I would be willing to help you for a nominal fee and I am in downtown Manhattan. Give me a call at (646) 430 9384. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and we can discuss your situation.
