If I enter into an illegal marriage and add my wife to my lease, would my landlord be liable if there was any legal action?

If you are asking if a marriage solely for the purpose of obtaining citizenship the answer is yes legal action can be taken. But i am curious to know what kind of legal action you are talking about to be sure.
