Expired Visa - More then 10 years
I am currently living in the U.S. I am Greek. My F1 Visa expired in 1995. Aside from marriage, how can I stay in this Country legally?

If an employer filed a labor certification on your behalf prior to April 30, 2001 you may be eligible to apply for adjustment of status pursuant to an offer of employment.

If you can obtain any visa now, then you can try to apply for a waiver. You should contact attorney regarding this matter.
