Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I have an family emergency and I have to travel outside of the United States for three months but my only concern is that I have an H1B visa? so how long can saty out with this kind of visa?

Hi,

You can stay out as long as you wish and enter on unexpired H1B visa stamp in your passport, as long as at the time of entry to the U.S. your intention is to resume employment with the sponsoring H1B employer.
