Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My father in law applied for my wife I-130 petition. My wife is Bangladeshi Citizen by born. Now she want to change her citizenship from bangladesh citizen to chinese citizen. Kindly advise the processeting time will be change or remain unchanged. she should inform to the usa immigration after changing citizenship or no need to inform now she can inform later on.

Your father in law will need to notify USCIS and the National Visa Center of her change in nationality.
