Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I filed I-140 and I-485 together (concurrent filing) in June 2007 and I-140 got denied after 2 RFE in February 2008 so I-485 too. Then we file for appeal in March, 2008, again USCIS asked for further evidence and we submit whatever we could and the case is still pending with AAO.
I filed I-485 for me, my wife and two children, my son age at the time of filing was 19 yrs(now 22 yrs) and my daughter was 17 yrs (now 20 yrs), if my appeal is approved for I-140 what will happened to I-485 for me, wife and my children since my son is now 21+ ??? Please reply.
