after filling form i 130 1485 1864 and i mean all,do you put it in the same envelope and mail it together plus when making the money orders do i make it it in full ($1490) or di i seperate each according to the form

Yes, file them together. Separate check for I-130 & I-485. You can call USCIS 800# if you have any simple questions regarding filing. See: www.uscis.gov.
