Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

hi im from france and i overstayed in the country 9months allready,im pregnant and i want have my baby in u.s then go back to france but i want know if the immigration can catch me at the airport and take my baby away from me?

No, they will not take your baby away from you. Incidentally, your baby will be a U.S. citizen by reason of birth in the U.S.
