Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Fraud Marriages
How can I prove a marriage is a fraud just to maintain US citizenship? I know two people who got married in city hall. They filled out alot paperwork but don't live together. They have two totlally seperate residents and the american who entered into the marriage has a girlfriend of three years who is about to give birth to their baby. He says he will sign the birth certifcate and put the baby on his health insurance but how else can I prove that the marriage is not real? And how do I do this?

You would be best off contacting US Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly known as INS) and relaying the information to them.
