Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

GC thru Non profit hospital

hi. I am currently working with Non Profit hospital as IT specialist. I am on H1B. I wanted to find out if there is faster process for Green Card if Non profit hospital applies for me ??? or it would be standard process as other EB3.. I would greatly appreciate any response. Thank you very much.

A non-profit hospital does not provide an IT Specialist with a faster route to a green card. You should discuss your case in detail with competent immigration counsel so as to insure that all possible options are explored.
