Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
A good friend just found out she is pregnant. She is here illegally from another country. She has no health insurance and gets paid for being a nanny off the books. She has her own apartment, pays rent and utilities but does not have alot of money for prenatal care and upcoming delivery charges. Does she qualify for any help such as medicaid without proof of income and legal status?
