Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
my grandfather died in WWII as a cpl for USA. His only daughter, my mother received benefits due to his death. She received this until she was married. She has since passed,my question is, are her sons and daughters elible for immigration to USA. She was a philippine citizen.
