Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
i was granted asylum by immigration judge but told to wait 30 days more to become the judge order final since dhs has reserved the right to appeal.it,s already 21 days passed ,dhs has not appealed yet .if dhs appeales the judge decision ,how long do i have to wait again .
