Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

If your green card was taken and you were in deportation proceedings, went to see a judge and your case was terminated but they did not give back your green card, what do you do?

I would have to know what proceeding you were in, but just because they never gave you back your green card does not mean you do not have one. The first thing I would do is call and ask about the status of your green card number.
