That depends on how you originally obtained your green card. In most cases, you can file within 3 months of your continuous resident requirement. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
Hi,
If you obtained a green card based on marriage to a U.S. citizen, you can apply 2 years and 9 months after entry; if the green card was on other basis, the time period is 4 years and 9 months. Additional information is here: www.h1b1.com/citizenship.htm
