Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am from Guyana, my husband sponsor me in january 2009, our case was sent back to USCIS because guyana embassy say our relationship was not real, USCIS reaffirm our case, we had a second interview, guyana embassy put us in Admin Review, since sept 2010 can u tell me how long with process will take?

I would advise you to have an Immigration attornney write a letter (with a legal argument and proof that the marriage is bona fide) to the supervisor at the U.S. consulate to see whether this will push things along.
From experience in dealing with U.S. consulates all over the world, not being proactive will be detrimental to your case and it may not be adjudicated for a long time.
