Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

H1B or the alternatives

I am a foreign student who graduated from U.S. graduate school. I will qualify for H1B. I understand that the deadline for filing H1B is April 1st.

I am interviewing but so far I am not getting any offers, so I feel my time is running out to meet the April 1st deadline. Are there any other alternatives for me to work in the U.S. besides H1B?

Based on your work experience and degree, there may be other options that would permit you to remain in the US and/or work here. I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with an attorney who can review all of your options with you in detail.
