H1B Cap
Hello lawyers
What is the best time to apply for H1B (Professional workers)? I am planning on appying the last quarter of the year because I am getting my Bachelors degree sometime in the summer. How long does it usually take to come out? Please advice, sincerely.

Re: H1B Cap
If you desire to work at the end of this year you should file your H-1b application as soon as possible. (ie: right after receiving your degree)Hopefully, the cap will not be reached by then.
If not, you will have to wait until 4/1/07 to work in October 2007. If possible, you may be able to have an OPT period of work after you graduate for 1 year.
