h1b visa
i am presently a medical student with an f1 visa at upstate medical school. I wish to know if i can apply for an h1b visa without having to sit for usmles step3.thank you.

The physician must have passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Parts 1, 2 and 3.
