If you have a Bachelor's Degree, you would need to find a U.S. employer to sponsor you for an H-1B visa. The visa filing period starts April 1, 2013, but, if approved you could not begin work until October 1, 2013.

As far as a "work" greencard goes, depending on your occupation, level of education & other factors, a U.S. employer would probably need to sponsor you through a process called labor certification, which could take a while.

I would need to know more about your qualifications before I could give you an definitive answer.

There are also options for students, investors, and other specific categories for opportunities to come to the United States, other than as a visitor. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to explore these options in detail.
