Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hi,
Currently I am on OPT F1 visa and my H1b is under process. I am a Physical Therapist. One of chiropractor ask me to open up a PLLC with him and hire other people to provide the service. He is US citizen.
Question:
1. Can I do on OPT status?
2. I am going to be a passive partner?
3. Can I also do alone?
4. Will it affect the GC process?
