Were you married to a US citizen? Why did you get divorced? I will need more information before I can advise you. Please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected] for a free consultation.

If your greencard was based on marriage to a U.S. citizen you should be eligible to apply after 3 years of having your green card even though you are now divorced but it will depend on other factors. Please call (646) 430 9384 x101 for a free 30 minute consultation and I am based in New York City.
