Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

HI...what is the legal status to get a green card after the establishment of ten years related to the states without leaving the note that I do not have any criminal record and I do have child u.s citizen.

You need to provide many more details in order to figure out whether or not you qualify for a green card. First you must be petitioned either by a relative (child has to be over 21) or an employer in order to apply through USCIS. If you are already in deportation proceedings you may be eligible to do something called cancellation of removal but you will need to demonstrate extreme hardship to your U.S. citizen relative.
