Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Husband abandoned myself and our children. He married a Colombian women weeks after he left. We are not divorced and I think she might be illegal.. Family court wont do anything and referred me to supreme regarding this mess. How can I find out if she is a legal citizen and when can happen since he is married to the both of us.

You cannot find out that information. However, polygamy is against the law in the United States, so any subsequent marriage would not be valid without dissolution of the 1st marriage.
