Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
My husband filed I-130 for my children abroad. They called them for interview, and requested for documents that shows that me and my husband are still married. We sent about 8 documents. They gave them a sheet that they will call. After a few weeks, they called my son to pass by the embassy for a request form. Please, what does it means.
