Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

my husband keeps missing our interview with uscis, our 3rd interview is coming in 2 weeks, if he misses this one again what can i do, by the looks of things he may have abandoned me because i have not heard from him in over a month. i have not yet gotten my greencard what can i do? PLEASE HELP

Depending on whether it is a conditional green card. Depends on whether there are other issues that might allow you to apply without your husband, etc.
