Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hi I have I485 interview scheduled for next week. I485 was pending last one year. Just last week my medical examination reports are 1 year completed. Can I need to take new medical for the interview? Please advise.

It's probably a good idea to bring a current medical exam to the interview. Otherwise, if the one in the file is "expired", they will request a new one, which will delay the adjudication of your case.
