Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My brother was convicted and given 72 months for Narcotics Conspiracy. He has lived in the US since 1 1/2 years old. Does this charge call for deportation? His resident alien card expired when he turned 14. He doesn't have any fingerprints with USCIS. Please help me. Thanks in advance
