Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
i would like to have some immigration decision on padilla court decision? i pled guilty for an embezzelment case and serve 10 months i have a green card for more then 10 years .they want to to deport me i can the padilla case will help me

Depends on what counts exactly you pleaded guilty to, how much was the loss, and some other factors. If you already in deportation proceedings, then you need to consult immigration lawyer immedietly in order to see if there is any way to prevent deportation.
