immigration in divorce
i am a us born citizen and my husband was a resident of Bangladesh. i beleive he wed me under the pretenses of just getting his green card which was issued earlier this year. if we do get divorced, will his status be affected and how ? in short, he committed fraud and did not enter in this union with full intentions of staying married

Madame,
The green card issued to him is probably conditional for 1 year. After that, your husband will have to produce evidence reflecting the fact that he is married with you and that you are both living together. If he cannot do that, his green card may be revoked. Nevertheless, if fraud was committed, the green card may be revoked regardless.
