Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Immigration forms
I would like to know the Immigration form number that I have to use to request that my son comes to the USA.
I am an american citizen (naturalized).
The information from Immigration is not clear and it seems that more than one form applies for the application.
Please advise.
Thank you

Re: Immigration forms
If you are seeking to bring your son to the United States from overseas on the basis that you are U.S. Citizen, most likely you are looking for Form I-130, alien relative petition. This petition is used for citizens to file for a visa for their married sons or daughters (over the age of 21) or children (under the age of 21).
