I am 62 and just got my green card by my young daughter who is a citzen petitioning for me. I have a divorced daughter who is 36 with a son. can I and my citizen daughter petition for her and her son and how long will it take for them to get through. They are both in the US

There is no reason why your daughter cannot petition for her siblings and nephew. It will, however, take a long time because she is just a sister and not her mother.

As a permanent resident you will be able to sponsor your daugther and her son as long as she is not married. The wait time will be approximately 8-9 years or more depending on where you are from. Once you become a citizen, you will be able to upgrade the petition, and that will probably cut a few years off the waiting period.
