Your options are fairly limited as an overstay visa waiver. You can only adjust your status to that of a permanent resident in the US if you have an immediate relative petition. For any other visa or change of stauts you have to consular process and overcome the unlawful presence.

Hi, you have very limited options. You should definantly & immediately renew your passport right now. Please ensure you keep hold of your 1-94 waiver as proof that you entered the USA legally.

You might still be able to adjust status under employment based immigration such as a labor ceritification provided you are eligible to use INA 245(i). You can check on my website under employment based immigration http://www.peerallylaw.com/en/content/view/46/211/
However this option requires the intervention of an experienced immigration lawyer. Our office has handled similar cases in the past, we will be glad to assist you should you choose to do so.
