Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
immigration law help please
I'm a legal underage U.S. citizen born in the U.S. and want to marry my underage boyfriend,we both 17 years old.But he's a immigrant,but he came to the U.S. legal with a visa but his visa expired.We both love each other but at the same time we trying to make him legal on the long run.What do we have to go thru to make him legal?

Your boyfriend should see advice from an immigration attorney before he turns 18. If he overstays past his 18th birthday, it will be harder for him to obtain legal status in the United States.
