How much would it cost to bring a law against USCIS under Immigration & Nationality act 335? How long it takes to get the decision?

I think you had 336(b) in mind if you ask about judicial determination of stalled naturalization petitions. May take 6-9 months to get to the summary judgment motion on the average. Government attorneys have been fighting these tooth and nail lately though against a well-represented plaintiff they typically lose in the end. Federal litigation is not cheap, though.
