Immigration problem
HI
I entered this country illegally.I am married to an american citizen.She THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY.We have one daughter together .My wife is on disability payroll and if I got kicked out she could not support herself nor my daughter..is there any hope for my case or would it be detrimental to try and pursue this?

If you entered illegally then you cannot adjust your status here unless you are eligible otherwise such as under s245(i) or adjustment based on hardship. Your wife's disability is not an issue as long as you both have sufficient joint income. I would recommend that you meet with an attorney to discuss your case and see what other options you may have to adjust your status.
