Re: immigration
You need a visa to come to the U.S. based on your nationality and the purpose of your visit. If you do not qualify for a visitor B-1/2 visa, you may try to apply for a humanitarian parole. Parole is an extraordinary measure sparingly used to bring an otherwise inadmissible alien into the U.S. for a temporary period of time due to a very compelling emergency. Contact an American immigration attorney for advice for your specific situation.
