I give my exwife the residence if I marry again how long I have to wait for the petition of my new wife..thanks

Providing your prior marriage was legally terminated, you can apply for your new wife as soon as you have a marriage certificate. You did not state whether you are a citizen or a permanent resident, as this will determine when a visa number will be available for your wife, providing she entered the USA legally.
