fall into out status,and my visa expired a year ago.now i am illegal and looking how to get out from this situation.please give me any direction..

There is no easy answer. What you should do is arrange for an open and honest discussion with an immigration lawyer that can guide you so that you can make an important decision before you are caught and deported to your home country.
