Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
hello, i am here on J1 visa for just 2 weeks and now my sponsor wants to send me back to my home country of Ukraine..i am here as a babysitter .my sponsor doesn't have a good reason to send me back. what an i do to stay here in the USA?
