Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
going to jamaica
Im a green card holder for 10 years im going to jamaica next month. i would like to know if they will arrest me, put me aside for questioning or place me in removal proceding at the airport when re-entry to the us because i got arrested 4 years ago for driving with a suspended license. my friends told me some crime even minor mean exclusion for USCIS.
