need lawyer for filing advance parole

hi

am currently on the 8th yr of my h1b...have plans to travel out of US next month..need advise on filing advance parole

what is the difference between entering US on a advance parale and h1b...

say, if i dont have a valid h1b visa on my passport, and enter US on advance parole, can i continue working on my h1b once am inside US...........

how much do you charge for filing advance paraole...and what is the total cost of filing advance paraole, along

with the application and your legal fee

please advise

If you do not have a valid H-1B visa, you will need to either get the visa or to apply for and receive advance parole prior to leaving the US. Depending on when you filed your I-485 application, you may not have to pay the USCIS filing fee for the advance parole document.
