Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
my lawyer is asking to pay him an administrative fee but does not want to give me an amount also stated that i should just decide how much... so i gave him $20 dollars... after this he called me up upset about the amount. (paid him $4,250.00 for everything already and this filing is just interim) what do you think about that? is he violating or trying to abuse me at some sort?

Your attorney should have a retainer agreement or engagement letter with you that delineates how costs will be determined. If you would like an accounting of what the administrative costs entail, your lawyer should not a have problem with giving you that.
