Re: legal status
You may be able to file for adjustment of status for your husband (depending on whether he entered the country on a visa or not). If you plan to do so, be advised that on July 30, 2007, the USCIS is significantly increasing the filing fees for all of its applications. You will save at least a thousand dollars by filing the application before the 30th.
Our office has extensive experience with family-based adjustment cases and we can help you in getting your applications filed before July 30th, should you wish to consult us.
Best Wishes!

You can file to adjust his status, presuming he is not illegally here. If you need assistance we can help.
Re: legal status
yes, you can sponsor your husband for green card provided he entered legally. If not you may have to look into other factor for eligibility.
Re: legal status
You might be able to apply for you husband's adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident (green card holder). As of July 30, 2007 the government fees for this application will increase drastically. Should you wish to retain an immigration attorney for this matter, please get in touch with me. I will be able to start working on your case immediately so that we can file it before USCIS fee increase. Best of luck!
